Dieudonne Cedor......................................................Cantave Studio enjoys a great relationship with many Haitian artists, the great master Cedor included.--------------------------------.Dieudonne Cedor was born in 1925, joined the Centre d’Art in 1947, and is one of the most admired Haitian painters of his generation. His paintings are widely reproduced in books and catalogs about Haitian art, including the colorful cover of the 1990 book La Peinture Haitienne, and 6 color photos appear in the 2000 book Peintres Hatiens by Gerald Alexis. His work was the subject of a retrospective exhibition and catalog in 2001 by Le Musée D'Art Haitien.
